Once a devoted queen named Vrinda, she was deceived by Lord Vishnu to break her chastity, leading to her husband’s death. In anguish, she cursed Vishnu to turn into stone and later transformed into the sacred Tulsi plant. Her story is one of devotion, betrayal, and divine transformation—making Tulsi a symbol of purity, resilience, and spiritual power.
